For General Manager (T/ P)-

• The candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidates should have at least 14 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 09 years of experience should be in the field of Highways, Roads, Tunnels and Bridges.

For General Manager (Land Acquisition and Coordination)-

• The candidates should have a degree from a recognized University/ Institution.

Experience-

• The candidates should have at least 14 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 05 years of experience should be in handling land acquisition and revenue matters.

For General Manager (Legal)-

• The candidates should have a Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institution.

Experience-

• The candidates should have at least 14 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 07 years of experience should be in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

For Deputy General Manager (T/P)-

• The candidates should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidates should have at least 09 years of experience in the pay level of 10 out of which 06 years of experience should be in the field of Highways, Roads, Tunnels and Bridges.

For Deputy General Manager (Land Acquisition and Coord.)-

• The candidates should have a Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.

Tenure for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be made on a deputation basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years from the date of joining NHIDCL, which could be extended with the approval of the competent Authority up to the permissible limit.
