Mention below is the qualification and experience required for NHM West Bengal Recruitment 2023:
Clinical Psychologist
Candidates should have a recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology from an institution approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India constituted under Section 3 of the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992. Or candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology or Medical and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full-time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognized by the University Grant Commission established under the University Grant Commission Act 1956 and approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India Act,1992. Candidates should have a Minimum 1 year of experience from any recognized institution.
Block Epidemiologist
Candidates with MPH should have M.Sc. in Life Science / Epidemiology or BAMS/ BHMS/BUMS. Candidates should have Proficiency in advanced MS Office. Candidates with Ph.D./ M. Phil and Experience in Public Health will be preferred.
Block Public Health Manager
Candidates should have B.Sc. in Life Science with Post Graduate Degree Diploma in Management. Candidates should have Proficiency in advanced MS Office. Candidates with M.Sc. in Life Science and Experience in Public Health will be preferred.
Laboratory Technician
Candidates should have Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Biological Science. Candidates should have Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institution recognized by the Govt. of WB or a Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from the School of Tropical Medicine. Candidates with 2 years post qualification experience in Institutions or Private Institutions licensed under Clinical Establishment Act will be preferred.
Block Data Manager
Candidates should have graduated from any recognized university. Candidates should have Completed at least 1 year Diploma course in Computer Application from Govt. a registered Institution. Candidates should have Working Knowledge of computers with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and the Internet. Candidates should have Minimum 3 years of experience in the Government Sector or 5 years of experience in the Private Sector in Data Recording and Date Analysis.
Staff Nurse
Candidates should have Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC). Candidates Must be Registered under WBNC. Candidates should have Proficiency in Local Language.
Community Health Assistant (Urban)
Candidates should have passed ANM courses from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidates should be proficient in Bengali. Candidates should be Permanent residents of the Howrah District OR Must have passed the GNM course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidates should be proficient in Bengali. Candidates should be Permanent residents of the Howrah District.
