For Scientist ‘B’-

• Regular B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engg. / Information Technology/Electrical and Electronics Engg./Electronics and Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics & Communications or equivalent to First Class from a recognized University / Institution.
• M.Sc. (Electronics/Applied Electronics/Physics) with First Class from a recognized University /Institution.

For Workshop Superintendent-

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) or Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers (AMIE) in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

For Private Secretary-

• Candidate should have a Graduate from a recognized University /Institution with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Candidate should have a NIELIT  CCC or higher certification.

For Library Assistant-

•  Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution.
•  Candidate should have a NIELIT CCC or higher certification.

For Multi-Tasking Staff-

• Candidate should have a 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
• Candidate should have a NIELIT CCC.

As per the official notification of NIELIT Recruitment 2023, the required experience for specified posts is mentioned below-

For Scientist ‘B’-

• Post qualification experience in relevant field 4 years.

For Workshop Superintendent-

• Candidate should have 5 Years of B.E./B.Tech
• Candidate should have 3 Years of M.E./M.Tech.

For Assistant Director (Admn.)-

• Candidate should have Post qualification experience in a responsible position in the area of Personnel / Establishment /Administration out of which a minimum of two years‟ should be in a supervisory position equivalent to Section Officer/ Admin. Officer.
• Candidate should have hold possess working knowledge of computers.

For Deputy Manager (Database)-

• Candidate should have Post qualification-relevant experience of 7 Years for all the above qualifications.

For Sr. Technical Assistant (Civil)-

• Candidate should have 03 years of full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with 05 years post qualification experience in the relevant area

For Senior Assistant (Accounts)-

• Post qualification experience in the area of Commercial Finance and Accounts preferably in Govt/ Organisation/ Autonomous Body /PSU/ Industrial Establish of repute and should also have working knowledge of computers preferably NIELIT “CCC” or higher.

According to the official notification of NIELIT Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on an interview and written tests followed by skill tests varies on the posts they applied for.

Application Fee for NIELIT Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of NIELIT Recruitment 2023, candidates who belong to the General category have to pay Rs.600 to Rs.800 and SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates/Ex-servicemen candidates have to pay Rs.300 to Rs.400.
