NIFT Recruitment 2023: The Office of Deputy Secretary, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Ministry of Textile, Government of India has sought Nominations/ Applications from the Officers with the Eligibility stipulated for Director General Post on Deputation vide the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 06.04.2023. Based on the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Notified 01 Vacancy for the NIFT Director-General Post is to be filled up in Pay Matrix Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200) of the 7th Central Pay Commission. According to the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligible and Willing Officers may apply through Proper Channel up to 20.05.2023.
As may be taken note of from the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligible and Intending Officers may send their respective Nominations in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma through Proper Channel only.
As has been notified by the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy for the Director General Post in the National Institute of Fashion Technology to be filled up by Deputation Procedure:

Based on the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Pay Scale accruing to the Officer appointed as Director General Post shall be as follows:
Pay Scale: Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200) of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC
According to the NIFT Recruitment 2023, the Age Limit as on the Closing Date of Nomination Submission 20.05.2023 should be as follows:
Age Limit: Not exceeding 58 Years as per the Government of India Rules.
As per the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility comprising Service and Educational Qualification, the Specific Criteria is applicable as follows:
A) Specific Requirement: The Officers of All India Services and Other Group ‘A’ Organized Central Services, holding the Joint Secretary Post of those Empaneled for Appointment as Joint Secretary under the Government of India; With
B) Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree/MBA in HR/Finance at the Pay Level 14 (144200-218200) of the Pay Matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission remains Eligible to be considered for the Notified Director General Post.
Appointment on the Director General Post in the National Institute of Fashion Technology shall be carried through by Deputation Procedure. The Deputation Tenure for Director General Post shall span 03 Years.
According to the NIFT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligible Officers with Interest in NIFT Director-General may send their respective Nominations in the Prescribed Application Proforma through Proper Channel.
