According to the official notification of NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023, the eligible and desirous candidates for the positions of Registrar, Librarian, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar on a direct deputation basis. There are a total of 05 vacancies available for the aforementioned positions.

Age Limitation for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s maximum age limit for the mentioned positions must be 56 years. 

Qualification for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is mentioned below-

For Registrar-

Essential qualification-

• The candidates should have a master’s‟ degree with at least 55% Marks or its equivalent grade B‟ on the UGC 7-point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.

Desirable Qualification-

• The candidates should have qualifications in the area of Management/ Engineering/ Law.
• The candidates should have experience in computerized administration / legal/financial / establishment matters.

For Librarian-

Essential qualification-

• The candidates should have a Master‟ ‘s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with a CGPA of 6.5 on 10 points scale or at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade of „B‟ on the UGC seven-point scale and a consistently good academic record set out in these regulations.

Desirable Qualification-

• The candidates should have a Higher degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant Discipline directly relevant to Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation.

Experience for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experience is given below:

For Registrar-

• The candidates should hold the analogous post; OR
• The candidates should have at least 15 years‟ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of 7000/- and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor along with 3 years‟ of experience in educational administration, or
• The candidates should have comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education, or
• The candidates should have 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post in the GP of Rs.7600/- or above.

For Librarian- 

• The candidates should hold analogous posts or 
• The candidates should have at least ten years‟ of experience as a Deputy Librarian in the library of a technical University, an educational institute of national importance, or any other large technical library at least 3 years being spent on a post in PB4 (Rs.37400-67000/-) with GP of Rs.8700 or an equivalent post.
• The candidates should have experience (supported with evidence) in innovative Library service and commitment to the computerization of the library.

The Pay Scale for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary given below:

For Registrar and Librarian- 

• The candidates should have a minimum pay of Rs. 1,44,200 in Level 14 of the 7th central pay matrix + DA + allowances as admissible for Central Government Employees posted in Warangal/ Hanamkonda.

For Deputy Registrar-

• The candidates should have Rs. 78,800- in Level 12 of the 7th central pay matrix + DA + allowances as admissible for Central Government Employees posted in Warangal/ Hanumakonda

For Assistant Registrar-

• The candidates should have a minimum pay of Rs. 56,100- in Level 10 of the 7th central pay matrix + DA + allowances as admissible for Central Government Employees posted in Warangal/ Hanumakonda.

Tenure for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023, the deputation (including Short Term Contract), for a period of 05 years or till attaining the age of 62 years whichever is earlier, or as fixed by the Government of India by orders issued in this regard from time to time.

Mode of Selection for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2023:

However, if necessary, the Institute has the right to perform an objective/skill test prior to the interview in order to further shortlist candidates.
