NMDC Recruitment 2023: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has called in Applications from Officers Eligible for Appointment on the Director (Personnel) Post on a Fixed Term Basis (FTB) in National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDCL) notified vide this NMDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. Based on the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the 01 notified Vacancy for Director (Personnel) shall be filled up with an Appointment of a Suitable Officer as Director (Personnel) in the Pay Scale Rs. 180000 to 340000 Per Month (IDA) in NMDC Limited.

Experienced Officers Eligible with Willingness for the Director (Personnel) Post in National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., may apply through Proper Channel following the Instructions in the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the purpose. According to NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Willing Applicants to complete the Online Application Registration Process shall terminate on 16th March 2023 (16.03.2023).

Post and Vacancy under NMDC Recruitment 2023:

On the basis of the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification notified 01 Vacancy to be filled up spans 05-Years’ Fixed Term from the Date of Joining. The Vacancy to be filled up with a Suitable Selection of the Director (Personnel):

Pay Scale under NMDC Recruitment 2023:

As has been notified in the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, post-Selection, the Officer to be appointed as Director (Personnel) will be entitled to the following Pay Scale.

Pay Scale: Rs.1.80 Lac to 3.40 Lac Per Month (IDA).

Age Limits for NMDC Recruitment 2023:

On the basis of the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Age Limits stipulated for Internal and External Candidates are explained are hereunder:

Superannuation Age Limit: 60 Years (As on the VOD 01.08.2020)

A) Internal Candidates: Minimum 45 Years (and Maximum 02-Years’ Residual Service as on the Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy) with reference to the Date of Superannuation.

B) Other Candidates: Minimum 45 Years (and Maximum 03-Years’ Residual Service as on the Vacancy Occurrence Date) with reference to the Date of Superannuation.

Note: The Minimum Length of Services essential in the Eligible Pay Scale for the Post Director (Personnel) is 01 (One) Year in respect of the Internal Candidates, and as regards Others (External), the same is 02 (Two) Years as on 01.08.2020.

Eligibility Criteria for NMDC Recruitment 2023:

The Eligible Applicants should have gained the following Essential Eligibility in accordance with the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification explained in briefly hereunder:

I) Essential Educational Qualification: Educational Qualification: The Applicant should be a Graduate with Good Academic Record from the Accredited University/Institution.

II) Desirable: Post-Graduate Diploma/PG Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Master in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/ Program in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from the Accredited University/Institution is Desirable.

III) Experience: The Applicant should have Minimum 05-Years’ Cumulative Experience during the Last 10-Years in various aspects of Human Resource/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in any Organization of Repute.

Selection Criteria under NMDC Recruitment 2023:

Other Essential Eligibility Conditions :

As mentioned in the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, selection on to Director (Personnel) Post shall be carried out through an Interview for Appointment on this Notified Post.

For Appointment on Director (Personnel) Post, the Public Enterprises Selection Board will attach Due Preference to the Candidates serving or having rendered their respective Services in any of the Listed Companies notified through the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

Appointment Tenure: Post-Selection Appointment the Incumbent’s Tenure as Director (Personnel) shall remain 05 (Five) Years from the Date of Joining/up to the Date of Superannuation/until further Government Orders, Whichever be Earlier as may also be read in the NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Important Points for Applying for PESB -issued NMDC Recruitment 2023:

Note 1: Eligible Applicants, who in the event of Selection for the Post Director (Personnel) may be spared for Appointment, should apply through the “Proper Channel”.

Note 2: The Applicant on the Date of Application as well as on the Interview Date should be in Employment in a Regular Capacity, not in a Contractual or Ad-hoc Capacity in the Following Concerns:

I) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a Full-Time Functional Director on the Board of a CPSE);

II) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;

III) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE), where the Annual Turnover is *Rs 5000 Crore or more;

On the basis of the PESB NMDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Applicants with Interest should apply Online subsequent to the Online Application Print-out of the Online Application need to be submitted in the Offline Mode through the PESB Online Recruitment Application Portal as has been explained in the subsequent Part:

Step 1: Log on to the Public Enterprises Selection Board Weblink for Online Application.

Step 2: Apply Online by Clicking on the Online Recruitment Application Link.

i) Fill up the Application Format Online only against the Job Description (Director-Personnel);

ii) Fill up the Application Form Online and take a Printout of the Online Application. Attach all the Testimonials/Documents with the PESB NMDC ORA Printout to be dispatched.
