NRCTC Recruitment 2023: National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has sought Online Applications from Experienced Professionals Eligible for the Post Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) to be filled On Deputation Basis vide the NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 12.04.2023. According to the NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement the Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) has occurred with the Pay Scale Rs.60000-180000 (E3) and Current Working Level in th CDA Pay Matrix Rs, 67700-208700 to be filled up against 01 Vacancy with Posting in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) notified thereby.
Based on the NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligible Candidates with Interest in the NRCTC Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) for the Corridors being developed under RRTS Phase-1 Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut, Delhi-Gurugram-SNB- Alwar and Delhi-Panipat, should apply through Proper Channel ensuring that their duly completed Applications are receivable Latest by 11.05.2023.

Based on the NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Pay Scale/Level accruing to the Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) shall remain as hereunder:
Pay Scale/Level: Rs. 60000-180000 (E3)
Current Working Level: Working in the CDA Pay Matrix Rs. 67700-208700 (L-11)
The Pay and Allowances for Deputation shall be regulated as per the DoPT (Department of Personnel and Training) Rules.
In addition, the NRCTC offers Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/ Mobile Handset/ Electricity/Phone Charges, subject to Limits and other Allowances as per Organization’s Policy.

Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
The Eligibility Criteria, in accordance with the NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, comprising Specific Requirement is to be read as hereunder:
Service: The Officers belonging to organized Group ‘A’ Services.
Experience: Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in Group ‘A’ Service involving Research and study of transport Portfolio, Transport Planning, Modelling, Strategic Documentation/Presentation, Transport Asset Management and Experience in the the Rail Sector Field.
The NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification entails the Selection Criteria for Selection on the Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) Post Shortlisting of the Appropriately Suitable Candidate based on the Eligibility Criteria/Work Experience in the relevant field. Such Candidates would be called in for participating in the Viva-voce/Personal Interaction for Assessment of Suitability for Senior Associate Lead (Strategy) Post.
Deputation Term: The Normal Term of Deputation except the Period of Deputation, will in no case exceed 05 (Five) Years.
Exemption from the Rule of Permanent Absorption: The Department of Personnel and Training vide its Office Memorandum No. AB.14017/86/2007/-Establishment (RR) Dated 16.01.2008 has granted Exemption for Deputationist Officers joining the Joint Sector Companies, set up for Metro Projects, from the Rule of Permanent Absorption so long as they are in “Construction Mode”. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has extended these Instructions for National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) also vide its Letter No. K-14011/17/2016-MRTC-1 Dated 03.01.2017.:
The NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Online Application Procedure followed by submission of the duly completed Application in the Offline Mode in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma available herewith. Duly completed Applications of the Eligible Candidates with Interest to be routed through Proper Channel.
Advance Copy of the Candidate’s Applications will be accepted “Online” through the Link provided in the “Career Section” of the NCRTC Website. The Candidates should upload Recent Passport-size Photograph and Signatures (Not Older than 03 Months old), Scanned Signature and Scanned Copies of the Supporting Documents narrated in the NRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued.
