NRIDA Recruitment 2023: The National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (NRIDA), under The Ministry of Rural Development, is seeking highly qualified candidates for the positions of Joint Director, Assistant Director, Young Civil Engineer, Data Scientist, and Product Manager on a deputation/contract basis. According to the NRIDA Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be for 9 vacancies, which may expand or decrease in the future. The appointment is on a deputation/contract basis, with the option of renewal. The chosen individuals would be granted a monthly remuneration of up to Rs.110,000 per month. The maximum age range for interested and eligible persons is 30 to 62 years as the closing date of application submission.
According to the NRIDA Recruitment 2023 official notification, the applicants would be engaged full-time and were prohibited from working on any other projects while consulting with the National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (NRIDA). Candidates who are interested and eager may submit their applications before the deadline to [email protected]. Other ways of application will not be considered. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Retired government personnel applying on a contract basis must also produce a reference letter as well as APARs from the department from where they retired from the preceding five years. Applications for the post of deputation must go through the proper procedures and be accompanied by cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and certified copies of the past five years’ APARs.

According to the NRIDA Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be recruited on the following terms.
For Joint Director (P/T)
Candidates must hold a degree in civil engineering from a recognised institution/university and have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering works relating to the field of activity in road building. Candidates must have a post-graduate degree or higher in Highways Engineering/Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering with a speciality.
For Young Civil Engineer
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering/Traffic and Transportation Planning/Traffic Engineering/Structural Engineering/ Geotechnical Engineering, as well as a four-year bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an overall first division.
For Assistant Director
The candidate must be a graduate in any subject with at least three years of experience in government/commercial/public works accounting, statutory and internal audits, establishment matters, etc.
