NRLM Recruitment 2023: The National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) is a flagship program of the Government of India, aimed at reducing poverty through the promotion of sustainable livelihoods in rural areas. To facilitate the successful implementation of NRLM, the Goa State Rural Livelihoods Mission (GSRLM) will conduct walk-in interviews for the Block Program Manager (BPM), Block Manager-MIS, and Block Project Manager (BPM) positions. As per NRLM Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is a total of 19 vacancies available in this Recruitment drive.  All posts are initially for a period of 3 years on a contractual basis. Interested candidates who meet the required essential qualifications, experience, and age criteria may attend the walk-in interview at DRDA – North, Spaces Building, 7 floor, Patto, Panaji Goa, as indicated in the schedule provided below.

For the Block Program Manager (BPM) position, applicants should possess a post-graduate degree or diploma in Master in Social Work, M.A. in Sociology, Rural Development, Anthropology or any other relevant qualification. Applicants should also have at least three years of post-qualification relevant experience. The Block Manager-MIS position requires a minimum graduate degree, with a post-graduate degree or diploma being preferable. Applicants should also have at least two years of post-qualification relevant experience. The Block Project Manager (BPM) under the SVEP position requires a minimum graduate degree in any subject, with Mathematics as a subject until class XII. A post-graduate degree or diploma is preferable, along with at least two years of experience in Entrepreneurship Development or incubation centers.

As per NRLM Recruitment 2023 official notification, the remuneration for the Block Program Manager (BPM) position is Rs. 30,000 per month, while the Block Manager-MIS position pays $25,000 per month. The Block Project Manager (BPM) under the SVEP position pays Rs. 35,000 per month. Candidates are required to bring the filled-in prescribed application form and supporting documents, including proof of date of birth, qualifications, and experience to the interview.
