Eligibility Criteria for NTPC School of Business Management Recruitment 2023:

As per NSB Recruitment 2023 official notification, Here are the eligibility criteria for each of the given posts:

  1. Registrar:
  • Monthly emoluments: Fixed tenure on a monthly consolidated package between 90,000/- and 1,20,000/-
  • Age: Not exceeding 50 years
  • Minimum experience: 8-15 years
  • Essential Qualification: Good academic record plus Masters’s degree with at least 55% of marks from UGC recognized University.
  • Desirable:
    • Perform research on grade distribution, and enrollment, and supervise transcript distribution and efficient enrollment verification.
    • Supervise efficient working of assigned staff and maintain ideal working conditions according to workplace policies.
  • Experience:
    • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Registrar in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of Service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Deputy Registrar along with experience in educational administration.
    • Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education or
    • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
  • Job description:
    • Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process.
    • Ensuring records are updated with new grades, attendance, finances, etc.
    • Training staff at the registrar’s office to use software related to records administration.
    • Maintaining the confidentiality of important student information.
    • Organizing and leading staff meetings.
    • Training and overseeing the performance of the staff members.
    • Maintaining and updating student records in the database.
    • Requesting transcripts and student records from schools and other educational institutes.

  • Minimum experience: 8 years
  • Essential Qualification: Good academic record plus Masters degree with at least 55% of marks from UGC recognized University.
  • Desirable:
    • Perform research on grade distribution, enrollment, and supervise transcript distribution and efficient enrollment verification.
    • Supervise efficient working of assigned staff and maintain ideal working conditions according to workplace policies.
  • Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in supervisory or equivalent cadre in a Group B post in a government department/University/Educational or Research Institution/Teaching and/or Research experience along with proven administrative capabilities.
  • Job description:
    • Prepare document grades, attendance, and status changes.
    • Assisting Admissions Head and Admissions Counselor with the enrollment procedures.
    • Ensuring that the admission procedures are carried out as per the guidelines.
    • Overseeing that all the students’ records are kept up-to-date.
    • Maintaining the confidentiality of important student information.

As per NSB Recruitment 2023 official notification, to apply for a position at NSB, candidates must follow the online application process by visiting the website . The application process begins on February 20, 2023, and the last date to apply online is April 1, 2023, up to 5 p.m.
