OIL Recruitment 2022: Oil India Limited (OIL) has invited Applications from the Qualified Candidates Eligible for recruitment to the Post of Retainer Dental Surgeon on Contract Basis. Those Professional Candidates, who satisfy the essential Benchmark Standards/Eligibility Criteria for the Post may apply in the prescribed Application Format.

The Last Date for Registration closes on 8th August 2022. The Candidates may re-typewrite/handwrite (the Printed Application Form). The Eligible Applicant(s) must append One set of Self-attested Photographs of all the Certificates and Documents for Document Verification during a Walk-in-Interview. There is only 01 Vacancy reserved for Un-Reserved Category only.

Note: The Candidates together with the duly completed Applications and self-attested documents should reach Oil India Ltd. Venue as per the Date and Hours (07:00 AM up to 11:00 AM). There is only 01 vacancy for the Post of Retainer Dental Surgeon on Contractual Basis.

Contractual Period: The Contractual Engagement of the Selected Retainer Dental Registration will remain for an initial period of One year. The Contract remains extendable by two tenures spanning Six months each, up to a maximum 02 years. Working Contract tenure will stand extendable subject to Incumbent’s Conduct, Performance, Fitness, etc., depending upon OIL’s Requirement, so mandated.

NB: Oil India Ltd has mandated and binding on the Candidates to adhere to the Government of India issued Guidelines on CoViD-19. Hence, in view of the ongoing scenario of the Global CoViD-19 Pandemic, the candidates having been administered 02 (two) Vaccines will be allowed to enter the OIL premises on production of the Printed Vaccination Proof.  Failing so, the Candidate must carry along Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) Report with a Negative Test Result for entering the OIL Interview Venue.

The Candidates will need to do the Test at their own cost (if any) and the Test should be done only on the day before the Date of Registration for the Walk-in-Interview purpose.

Post: Retainer Dental Surgeon on Contractual Basis (UR: 01 Vacancy)

Contract Honorarium: ₹85000.00 Per Month

Age Limitation: The Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be Minimum 18 Years and must not exceed 50-years. Upper Age Relaxations for other Reserved Community Candidates. Candidate’s Age Limitation shall be reckoned as on the Date of Registration for the Walk-in-Interview dated 08/08/2022.

Educational Qualification:
• The Candidate should have in possession a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University duly recognized by the Government of India.
• He or She should be a Registered Dental Surgeon (RDS) under the Dental Council of India (DCI)/State Dental Council of India (SDCI).
• He or She also must have Minimum Two-years’ Post-Qualification and DCI/SDCI Registration Working Experience as a Dental Practitioner registered by the Government of India and completion of 01 Compulsory Internship.

Selection Criteria:

1) Aggregate 100 Marks for Selection based on Walk-in-Interview.
2) Minimum Qualifying 50 Marks obtainable by to-be selected remains Compulsory for all Categories.
3) The Breakup of 100 Marks will be on the Candidate’s Professional Knowledge and Skills (in the discipline concerned); Professional Knowledge and Skills (in allied discipline), Personal Attributes and, Soft Skills.
4) Final Selection from among the Candidates having appeared and secured the Minimum Qualifying 50 Marks in the Walk-in-Interview shall form the basis of determining Merit as per the marks obtained in the Walk-in-Interview.

Essential Documents both Original and one set of Facsimile of all the Educational, Experience, and other Documents:

i) Duly completed and signed Curriculum Vitae/Bio Data in the Prescribed Proforma (given on the last 03 Pages of the Advertisement).

ii) One (01) Most recent 3Cm X 3Cm Colored Photograph.

iii) Valid Identification Proof and Valid Address Proof from the Competent Government Authority.

iv) Matriculate/SSC Certificate displaying Candidate’s Date of Birth Proof.

v) Admit Card, Marks-sheet, and Pass Certificate of Matriculation/Class 10 issued by the Central Government or State Government Recognised Education Board;

vi) Documents/Certificates/Testimonials of all Requisite Qualifications and Working Experience Certificates issued by the Employer.

vii) Valid Registration Certificate issued by the Dental Council of India (DCI)/the State Dental Council of India (SDCI).

viii) Valid Caste and Physical Disability Certificates among others.
