OSSC Recruitment 2022: Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has sought Applications from Candidates for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Posts. vide the Combined Graduate Level Examination for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Specialist Posts/Services under Various Departments under the Government of Odisha State.
Among the Candidates having duly met the prescribed Eligibility with reference to OSSC Recruitment 2022 (Combined Graduate Level Examination for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Specialist Posts/Services under Various Departments under the Government of Odisha State) for 88 Vacancies under Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ may apply commencing on 31st December 2022 onward.
The Last Date for the Candidates to complete the Online Registration Process for the Combined Graduate Level Examination for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Specialist Posts/Services under Various Departments under the Government of Odisha State will close on 28th January 2023. (28.01.2023).
The Last Date for the Candidates to complete the Online Application Submission Process shall terminate on 30th January 2023 (30.01.2023).

Age Limits (As On 01.01.2022): General Merit Candidates should be Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 38 Years. Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Ex-Service-Men, In-Service Contractual Employees, Women and Reserved Community Candidates as per Rules notified in the Appended OSSC Recruitment.
For the Artist Post: Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Utkal University of Culture or any other Duly Accredited University with Basic Knowledge of the Computer Applications (Photoshop and CorelDRAW)
For the Scribe Post: Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Utkal University of Culture or any other Duly Accredited University.
For all other Posts: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Subject from any of the Government of India Accredited Universities.
Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Operations, Internet, E-Mail, Word Processing, Data Analysis and Presentation.
The Candidate must
i) be able to read, write and speak Odia Dialect and
ii) have passed Middle School with Odia as a Language Subject or
iii) have passed High School Certificate (Matriculate) Examination with Odia as a Medium of Examination in Non-Language Subject or
iv) have passed in Odia as a Language Subject in the Final Examination of Class VII from any School or Education Institution duly recognized by the Central Government or the Government of Odisha
v) have passed a Test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department (SMED).
Odisha Staff Selection Commission notified Selection to the Posts notified vide OSSC Recruitment 2022 shall consist of 03 Stages vide the OSSC notified Combined Graduate Level Examination for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Specialist Posts; Stage 1: Preliminary Examination, Stage 2: Main Written Examination followed by Computer Skill Test and Stage 3: Certificate Verification.
Odisha Staff Selection Commission shall conduct One Single Objective Preliminary Examination for Maximum 150 Marks.
Odisha SSC will hold Main Examinations consisting of 02 Papers on Technical Subjects related to the Posts notified under OSSC Recruitment 2022. The Main Examination consisting of 02 papers carries Maximum 200 Marks.
Odisha SSC will conduct Computer Skill Tests for the Posts; viz., 1) Junior Librarian, 2) Senior Economic Investigator and 3) Marketing Intelligence Inspector respectively.
Odisha Staff Selection Commission will conduct Certificate Verification in respect of the Candidates placed on the Merit List.
