India Post Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Communications, Department of Post (DoP), New Delhi has invited Applications through Proper Channel in respect of the Employees Eligible for the Staff Car Driver Post (Ordinary Grade) Positions on Deputation/by Absorption in the Department of Post through the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 31.03.2023. As has been notified in the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement there are 04 Vacancies for Post to be filled up under the Pay Matrix Level 02 (Rs.19800-63200) by Deputation/Absorption.
According to the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to apply in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma is 45th Date/1/2th Month from publication of the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. Hence, the Officers with Interest, whose Services may be spared immediately after Selection, may forward their Applications through Proper Channel as per the Timeline notified in the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.

Based upon the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, post Selection Candidate shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary in the Pay Matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission explained hereunder:
Pay Matrix: Level 02 (Rs.19800-63200) [Pre-Revised: Pay Band-1 of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900]
The Maximum Age Limit in accordance with the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Notification as on the Closing Date of the Applications is as follows:
Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 Years
As per the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Standard Eligibility Criteria including Educational and Other Qualifications for Appointment by Deputation/Absorption are as follows:
Educational Essential and Other Qualifications:
Essential: Possession of a Valid Driving License for Motor Cars;
Desirable: Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (The Candidate should able to remove Minor Defects in Vehicle);
Experience: Minimum 03-Years’ Experience of driving Motor Car;
Educational Qualification: Passed out 10th/Matriculation Standard.
Desirable: 03 Years’ Service as Home Guard/Civil Volunteer.
The Selection Methodology for Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) Post shall be conducted from amongst the Candidates having gained the Prescribed Requisite Qualifications
The Period of Deputation, including Deputation in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 03 Years.
According to the India Post Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligible Officials under Central Government/Ministerial Department with Interest may apply. Duly completed Applications should be supported with the Documents prescribed therein.
The Eligible Officers with Interest of the Department of Posts and other Ministries/Departments in the Central Government are Eligible to apply. The Officers with No Vigilance Case either pending or being contemplated against the Applicant should apply.
