Salary for PSPCL Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates for PSPCL Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary of Rs.67000-79000 (unrevised) without Grade Pay. 

Qualification and Experience for PSPCL Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience for applying to PSPCL Recruitment 2023 are described below-

For Director (Finance/Commercial)–

• The applicant must have a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant (ICWA).

Experience-

• The applicant should served for at least twenty-five (25) years in a power utility. and 
• The applicant should worked in a senior position in Finance/ Accounts with the rank equivalent to CE/General Manager Accounts for at least one year or 5 years of experience as CAO in a company having an annual turnover of not less than Rs.500 Crore. and 
• The candidate should work at the level of Director of the company or one level below Board level position in case the candidate is from the private sector.

For Director-Generation-

• The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ ECE Instrumentation Engineering/IT.

Experience-

• The candidate should serve for at least twenty-five (25) years in a power utility. and
• The candidate should work at the level of CE or equivalent higher position for at least one year. and 
• The candidate should either worked for at least 10 years in the field of Design/Construction/ Operation and Maintenance Fuel Management in Thermal/ Hydel Power Station, out of which at least 3 years should be at the level of SE/CE. OR 
• The candidate should worked for at least 5 years at the level of SE/CE in the field of Design/Construction/Operation and Maintenance/ Fuel Management in Thermal/Hydel Power Station. OR 
• The candidate should worked for at least twenty (20) years in the field of Design/ Construction/ Operation &Maintenance/ Fuel Management in a Thermal/ Hydel Power Station.
