RCIL Recruitment 2023: RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), New Delhi has invited Applications from Experienced Officers and Individuals Eligible for Appointment on 01) Addl GM/Jt GM/Dy GM (01 Vacancy) and 02) Asstt GM/Sr. Manager/Manager/Dy Manager/ Assistant Manager (HR) (07 Vacancies) on Deputation/Absorption Basis. According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023, there are 08 Vacancies to be filled up on a Deputation/Absorption Basis in the Corporate Office, Regional and Territorial Offices.
Applications with reference to the Officials and Personnel having Willingness among the Eligible Candidates should be submitted through Proper Channel. As per the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for forwarding the Names of the Eligible Candidates by the Cadre Controlling Authority is 21 Days from the issuance of the official notification.
As per the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 08 Vacancies explained hereunder:
Posts:
1) Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager (HR):
Vacancy: 01 No.
2) Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (HR)
Vacancy: 07 Nos.
Posting Locations: 02 Posts in the RailTel Corporate Office and 05 in the Regional Offices and Territory Office.
Appointment/Engagement Duration: 03-Years Or Until RCIL is exempted from the Rule of Immediate Absorption, whichever being Earlier.
As per the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Candidates shall be entitled to the Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance
Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance
As has been notified in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Maximum Age Limit for the Candidates should be Maximum of 56 Years.
Age Limit: Not to Exceed 56 Years
Specific Requisite (Educational and Experience) according to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification should be as hereunder:
Human Resource (HR) Executives of Railways/Railway Board with Working Experience in the Domain of Establishment and Personnel Management including Policy Formulation/Implementation related to Rules, Recruitment, Outsourcing and Allied Activities.
Desirable: Knowledge of Working in the Computer Mandatory
I) Additional General Manager: Serving in Pay Level 13 (7th CPC)
II) Joint General Manager: Serving in Pay Level 12 (7th CPC) with 10 Years’ Gazetted Service
III) Deputy General Manager: Serving in Pay Level 12/Level 11 (7th CPC) with 08 Years’ Gazetted Service
IV) Assistant General Manager: Serving in Pay Level 11 Or 04 Years’ Working in Pay Levels 08, 09 and 10 (7th CPC)
V) Senior Manager: Serving in Pay Levels 08, 09 and 10 (7th CPC)
VI) Manager: 04-Years’ Serving 04 Years’ Working in Pay Level 07 (7th CPC)
VII) Deputy Manager: Working in Pay Level 07 (7th CPC)
VIII) Assistant Manager: 04-Years Working in Pay Level 06 (7th CPC)
Selection for the Posts notified in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement will be carried out through Personal Interview/Interaction.
As notified in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Cadre Controlling Authority should forward Specimen Application Proforma with the prescribed Documents in respect of the Individuals with Eligibility and Willingness.
