RECPDCL Recruitment 2023: REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (REC PDCL) is inviting candidates for 16 alternative posts based on 2 years tenure, which may be exceeded upto 4 years and 6 months based on project and performance. There are 25 vacancies in four disciplines: Engineering, Finance and Accounting (F&A), Human Resources (HR), and Company Secretariat (CS). According to the official RECPDCL Recruitment 2023 announcement, the age range for alternative positions is 35 to 50. The maximum monthly salary is upto 1,35,000 for Sr. Executive, whereas Asst. Executive will be paid the least remuneration which is 62,000 per month.

Candidates must have a degree in B.E./ B. Tech. or equivalent in Civil or an equivalent CGPA. They can apply for Sr. Executive (Tech.) – (TBCB), Executive (Tech.)- (Inspection), Executive (Tech.)- (Transmission System Projects), Executive (Tech.)- (TBCB), Executive (Tech.) – (Distribution Network Strengthening), Executive (Tech.) – Rural Feeder Monitoring System), Executive (Tech.)-(Civil), Dy. Executive (Tech.)- TBCB, Dy. Executive (Tech.)- (Transmission), Dy. Executive (Tech.) – (Smart Metering), and Dy. Executive (Tech.)-(Civil).
Applicants must possess a degree of Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy to apply for Executive (F&A), Dy. Executive (F&A), and Asst. Executive (F&A).
To be eligible for Dy. Executive (HR), an applicant must have MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized/ reputed Institution. And a Graduate degree holder with Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India will be eligible for Asst. Executive (CS).
