Resolution of issues on MCA21-V3 Portal: ICSI The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has notified regarding some forms which will be submitted to MCA regarding the Resolution for the issues going on MCA21-V3 Portal. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has launched both LLP and Company Modules on MCA-21 V3 portal in a phased manner. It has been noticed that users are facing challenges in filling and filing of e-Forms on MCA-21 V3 portal and the Institute has been receiving queries regarding the issues being faced by stakeholders. In this regard, we have created distinct Google forms to collect the information of such concerns and organise them for quick resolution. Based on the information obtained, it will be communicated to the MCA/LTI for prompt resolution. In view of the same, you are requested to specify the issues being faced by you in the respective google forms at the links given below:

These helplines will be open to stakeholders from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days. You are urged to have access to the same in order to resolve the difficulties.
