Revised List of ROC Forms where additional fees has been waived off by MCA

ANNOUNCEMENT

Sub: Revised List of Forms where additional fees has been waived off as per Circular 06/2021 and 07/2021 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs

In continuation to the clarification issued by the Ministry of Corporate affairs dated 13th April 2021, wherein certain forms were listed out which were covered under the relaxation provided to Companies and LLPs in respect of filing of forms without payment of any additional fees where it has been due for filing for a specified period of time vide the Ministry’s Circular no 06/2021 and 07/2021 dated 3rd May 2021, the Ministry has further clarified and listed out 30 new forms in addition to the forms prescribed earlier in the said list.

The list of the additional thirty forms where additional fees has been waived off is tabulated below:

Please note that the above referred forms are prescribed in addition to the forms listed out in the Clarification issued by the Ministry earlier. Therefore the requirements as stated in the previous announcements remain the same.
