Pay Scale under RINL Recruitment 2023:

The RINL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, post-Selection of any Appropriately Suitable Personnel on Director (Operations) Post provides for the Monthly Pay and Allowances to be read hereunder:

Pay Scale: Rs. 70000 -100000 Per Month (IDA)

Note: The Minimum Length of Services essential in the Eligible Pay Scale for the Director Post is 02 (Two) Years in respect of the Internal Candidates, and  03 (Three) Years for Others (External) as on 29.12.2022.

Age Limits for RINL Recruitment 2023:

According to the RINL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limits stipulated for Internal and External Candidates are explained  hereunder:

Superannuation Age Limit: 60 Years (As on the VOD 29.12.2022)

A) Internal Candidates: Minimum 45 Years (and Maximum 02-Years’ Residual Service (as on the Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy) with reference to the Date of Superannuation.

B) Other Candidates: Minimum 45 Years (and Maximum 03-Years’ Residual Service (as per the Vacancy Occurrence Date) with regard to the  Superannuation Date.

Eligibility Criteria for RINL Recruitment 2023:

The Eligible Applicants with in possession the following Essential Eligibility in accordance with the RINL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification briefly may be narrated as hereunder:

Essential Educational Qualification:

Qualification: The Applicant should be a Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Preferably in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Electrical with a Good Academic Record from any Duly Recognized University/ Institution.

Desirable: The Applicants holding MBA/Post-Graduate Diploma in Management will have an Added Advantage.

Experience: The Applicant should have Minimum 05-Years out of 10 (Ten) Years’ Experience/Exposure at any Senior Level in the areas of Production/Operation/Maintenance in any Organization of Repute.

The Applicants with Experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Integrated Steel Plants/Projects will have an Added Advantage.

Note 1: Eligible Applicants, who in the event of Selection for the Post Director (Operations), may be spared for Appointment, should apply through the “Proper Channel”.

Note 2: The Applicant on the Date of Application as well as on the Interview Date should be in Employment in a Regular Capacity, not in a Contractual or Ad-hoc Capacity in the Following Concerns:

Selection Criteria under RINL Recruitment 2023:

As may be referred to the RINL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, selection on to Director (Operations) Post shall be carried through by Viva-voce/ Interview for Appointment.

For Appointment on Director (Operations) Post, the Public Enterprises Selection Board will accord Due Preference to the Candidates serving or having rendered Services in any of the Listed Companies narrated in the RINL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notification.

Appointment Tenure: Post-Selection Appointment the Incumbent’s Tenure as Director (Operations) shall remain 05 (Five) Years from the Date of Joining/up to the Date of Superannuation/until further Government Orders, Whichever be Earlier to be read in the RINL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
