Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, any Appropriately Suitable Personnel selected on the Manager/Assistant Manager Electrical) Post will be entitled to the Pay Scale Level 08-10 for Junior Scale and Pay Level 07 for SSEs (Senior Section Engineers) applicable to the Notified Posts may be read hereunder:

The Eligibility for Manager (Junior Scale)/Assistant Manager (Senior Section Engineer) involves the Qualifications including Educational and Experience explained in the subsequent Lines should be read as follows:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Specific Requirement: Senior Grade (SG)/Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Financial Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG)/Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineering (IRSME) with 18 Years’ Group ‘A’ Service Experience.

Selection Process under RITES Recruitment 2023:

Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Personal Interaction/Interview/ Viva-voce for (Jr Scale Level) Manager (Electrical)/(SSE Level) Assistant Manager.

Selection on the Manager/Assistant Manager (Electrical) Post shall be carried through by Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidates would be issued Appointments by Deputation for Posting in Bhilai.
