UPPCL Recruitment 2023: The Department of Energy, Government of Uttar Pradesh has sought Online Applications from Individuals Competent for 17 Director Posts in different Arms/Wings with Payment Matrix Levels; i.e., {01) Rs. 171400-223600 with 3% Annual Increment as per Pay Matrix of Level-15 and 02) Rs. 182200-224100 with 3% Annual Increment as per the Pay Matrix Level-15} accordingly. According to the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, there are 17 Posts for Director (Distribution, PM&A, Technical, Finance, Commercial, P&M, Planning and Commercial and SLDC) and hence Equal Number of Vacancies (17 Nos.) existing therein.
Based on the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification, Online Recruitment Application Process is in progress with the Closing Date deemed to be 23.05.2023. Therefore, the Applicants/Candidates with the Desirable Eligibility Criteria specific to the Post may complete the Online Application Process up to 23.05.2023.
According to the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification, there are 17 Posts with Equal Vacancies Numbers should be read as follows:
Designation: Director
Wings/Departments/Divisions: Distribution, PM&A, Technical, Finance, Commercial, P&M, Planning and Commercial and SLDC
According to the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification, the Officers post-Selection shall be issued Appointment in the Pay Matrix Level 15 narrated hereunder:
01) 1st to 10th Posts: Rs.171400-223600 with 3% Annual Increment as per Pay Matrix of Level-15
02) 11th to 17th Posts: Rs.182200-224100 with 3% Annual Increment as per the Pay Matrix Level-15
The UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification has mandated the Upper Age Limits (to be reckoned as on 01.01.2023) for the Candidates mentioned hereunder:
Age Limit: Should not be exceeding 60 Years
Note: Eligibility comprising the Education and Professional Education Qualifications clubbed with the Desirable Experience specific to the Posts has been expressed/described against each Post. Therefore, the Applicants should refer to the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice to ensure the same:
A) 1st, 4th and 12th Posts: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in the Post-relevant Discipline from any Accredited University/ Equivalent Institute.
B) 2nd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th and 16th Posts: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Equivalent relevant to the Posts
C) 3rd, 7th, 9th, 14th and 17th Posts: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)
The UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification mandates Selection of Appropriately Suitable Officers for Appointments on the Director Posts through Viva-voce.
Appointment Tenure: Subject to the Terms & Conditions, issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Tenure of Appointments for the Director Posts notified shall span 03 Years or the Incumbent’s Age not exceeding/more than 62 Years, whichever being Earlier.
The Terms & Conditions for Selection on Director Posts shall be in accordance with the provisions laid down in the “Memorandum of Article of Association (MAA)”.
ii) Officer working under the Government of India/State Government and its Undertaking, if selected on the Notified Post, shall be given Pay Protection limited to Maximum of the Pay Matrix Scale(s) offered.
