Monthly Pay under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Monthly Salary, in accordance with the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular,  for which the Candidates post-Selection shall be entitled has been explained hereunder:

01: 233/23 Supervisor-cum-Construction Manager:

i) Monthly Basic Pay: Rs. 24,040.00

ii) Annual CTC: Rs.  5,25,033.00

02: 234/23 Draftsman: 

i) Monthly Basic Pay: Rs. 14,317.00

ii) Annual CTC: Rs.  3,12,683.00

03: 235/23 Quality Assurance & Control Engineer:

Pay Scale: Rs. 30000-1,20,000

04: 236/23 Field Quality Control Engineer:  

i) Monthly Basic Pay: Rs. 17,853.00

ii) Annual CTC: Rs.  3,89,906.00

Upper Age Limits for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As per the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Age Limit for General Merit/Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on 01.07.2023 is as follows:

i) Open Merit Candidates: Maximum 40 Years

ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Rules described in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice

Eligibility for RITES Recruitment 2023:

Note:  Detailed Eligibility including Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Professional Experience has been explained/ described in the Appended/Attached RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification for the Applicant’s Review.

The Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification, Experience etc., vide the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy for various Posts is as follows:

Supervisor-cum-Construction Manager Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 03 Years’ Experience.

02) Draftsman Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: 10th Passout/Matriculation Plus ITI Tradesmanship/Apprenticeship Certificate in Civil Engineering Assistant/Draughtsman (Civil)/ Surveyor/CAD Operator in Auto-CAD/Civil/Mechanical/ Fitter/Machinist Turner Trade with 01 Year’s Experience.

03) Quality Assurance & Control Engineer Post:

Educational Qualification and Experience: A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, etc. with 03 Years’ Experience.

04)  Field Quality Control Engineer

Educational Qualification and Experience: A Full-Time Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or its related field with 05 Years’ Experience.

Selection Criteria under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for all 04 Posts under RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice mandate the Selection Round “Interview” to be held in Rajasthan.

Selection Process: The Weightage Distribution of various Parameters of the Selection remains as follows:

Selection Parameter Weightage: Total 100%

I) Experience: 10%

II) Interview: 90%  (Technical & Professional Proficiency: 60%; Personality Communication & Competency:  30%)

Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates Category-wise are as follows:

I) Un-Reserved Category: 60% Marks

II) Economically Weaker Sections: 60% Marks

III) Reserved {SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs} Community: 50% Marks

Nature & Engagement Duration: The Appointments shall be Purely on Contractual Bases Initially for 01 Year, which stands further Extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance. The Selected Candidates will initially be posted at the Client’s Site in Rajasthan and shall be liable for posting anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.

Application Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates Online Recruitment Applications for all 04 Posts Notified therein.

Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Crucial Date for Online Registration shall terminate on 03.08.2023.

Accordingly the Willing Candidates with Eligibility may visit the RITES Website for completing the Registration Process as per the Instructions prescribed therein.  The Willing Candidates should complete the Online Registration with the Particulars/ Enclosures Not Later Than 23.07.2023.

Interested Candidates fulfilling the above laid down Eligibility Criteria are required to apply Online in the Application Registration Format available in the Career Section of RITES Website.

i) Before Initiating the Online Application, the Candidates should ensure that they have satisfied the necessary Conditions and Requirements of the Position to be applied.

ii) Interested Candidates fulfilling Post-specific Eligibility Criteria should apply Online in the Registration Format available in the “Career Section” of the RITES Website.

iii) While submitting the Online Application; the System would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of the Online Format filled up by the Applicant. Note down this “Registration No.” and Quote it for all further Communications with RITES Ltd.

iv) While filling up the required details, the Candidates should carefully and correctly fill out the “Identity Proof” details. The Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be submitted/furnished in Original at later stages of Selection (if called).

v) After filling up the Required Details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, Candidate should submit the Application.

vi) The Candidates are also advised to retain a Copy of Respective Application Formats submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the Selection (if called).

vii) While applying Online, Candidates must attach Self-Attested Scanned Photocopies.
