Monthly Salary under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Monthly Pay in accordance with the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, shall accrue to the Candidates post-Selection explained hereunder:

The Selected Candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs.40000-140000.

Upper Age Limits for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As per the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Age Limit for General Merit/Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on 01.06.2023 is as follows:

i) Open Merit Candidates: Maximum 40 Years

ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Rules described in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice.

Eligibility for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification, Experience etc., vide the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy for various Posts is as follows:

1st Post: A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 03 Years’ Experience.

2nd Post: 10th Passout/Matriculation Plus ITI Tradesmanship/Apprenticeship Certificate in Civil Engineering Assistant/Draughtsman (Civil)/ Surveyor/CAD Operator in Auto-CAD/Civil/Mechanical/ Fitter/Machinist Turner Trade with 01 Year’s Experience.

3rd Post: A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, etc. with 03 Years’ Experience.

4th Post: A Full-Time Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or its related field with 05 Years’ Experience.

Selection Criteria under RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for all 04 Posts under RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice mandate the Selection Round “Interview” to be held in Rajasthan.

Selection Process: The Weightage Distribution of various Parameters of the Selection remains as follows:

Total: 100%

I) Experience – 10%

II) Interview – 90%  (Technical & Professional Proficiency: 60%; Personality Communication & Competency:  30%)

Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates Category-wise are as follows:

I) Un-Reserved Category: 60% Marks

II) Economically Weaker Sections: 60% Marks

III) Reserved {SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs} Community: 50% Marks

Nature & Period of Engagement: The Appointments shall be Purely on Contractual Bases Initially for 01 Year, which stands further Extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance. The Selected Candidates will initially be posted at the Client’s Site in Rajasthan and shall be liable for posting anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.
