RLDA Recruitment 2022: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited Applications from the Candidates duly meeting Eligibility for the Posts 01) Joint General Manager (Finance & Accounts)/Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) and 02) Accounts Assistant latest by 21.09.2022 (1700 Hours). Such Applicants, who deem to have fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria for the Posts notified and intend to apply with the Application in Single PDF File may submit their respective Applications annexed with the Mandatory Testimonials.

The Candidates should apply through Proper Channel under super scribed Application for the Posts 01) Jt General Manager (F&A)/Dy General Manager (F&A) and 02) Accounts Assistant via Mail as per the RLDA Notification 2022.

Selection Process: Selection for the Post of 01) Joint General Manager (Finance & Accounts)/Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) and 02) Accounts Assistant shall be conducted through Personal Interview shortly after 21st September 2022. The Candidates shall have to report with the mandated Testimonials in the shape of a No-Objection Certificate (NOC), attested Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR), Vigilance Clearance/ Discipline & Appeal Rule (D&AR) Clearance issued by the Forwarding Authority.

Post Appointment for the Posts Joint General Manager(F&A)/Deputy General Manager (F&A) on Deputation and on Normal on Deputation for the Post of Accounts Assistant will be issued to the Candidates selected.  All Posts shall be located in Delhi only.

04) Nature of Appointment: On Deputation Basis

05) Term of Appointment: Total 05 Years (03 Years + 02 Years; i.e., 4th Year and 5th Year Extendable by VC/RLDA

Eligibility:

Joint General Manager (F&A):

The Applicant should be serving in Analogous Post or Group ‘A’ Officer in Regular Posts in Level 13/Level 12 of the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) Cadre of the Indian Railways Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics. Or

Officer holding Corresponding Grade and 09 Years’ Group ‘A’ Service on Regular Posts in Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics Cadre of Central Government/State Government/Indian Railways or its Equivalent in the Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory Authority.

Deputy General Manager (F&A):

The Applicant should be serving in Analogous Post or Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ Gazetted Officer serving in Regular Posts in Level 12/Level 11 of the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) Cadre of the Indian Railways Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics. Or

Officer holding Corresponding Grade and 06 Years’ Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ Service on Regular Posts in Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics Cadre of Central Government/State Government/Indian Railways or its Equivalent in the Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory Authority.

03) Pay Scale: Level 08 (7th CPC)

04) Nature of Appointment: Normal Deputation Basis

05) Term of Appointment: Total 05 Years (03 Years + 02 Years; i.e., 4th Year and 5th Year Extendable by VC/RLDA

Eligibility: The Applicant should be serving in Analogous Post or in a Grade not lower than Level 06 with 04 Years’ Regular Service in the Accounts Department of the Indian Railways Or Central Government Or State Government Or Indian Railways or its Equivalent in the Public Sector Undertakings under Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) or Statutory Authority.

Desirable Experience: 1) Working Knowledge of Computer, i.e., MS Office. Working Experience in the Organizations/Areas connected with Land/Estate Management.
