RLDA Recruitment 2023: The Office of Deputy General Manager (Human Resource), Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), Ministry of Railways (Government of India), has invited Applications from Experienced Indian Railways Officers with Eligibility for 02 Posts; Executive Director SD (P&D) AND General Manager (Tender) On Deputation vide the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice 20/2023 Dated 21.07.2023. According to the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Notice having occurred for Executive Director-SD (P&D) AND General Manager (Tender) have been allocated 01 Vacancy each will be filled up by Deputationist Appointment for Posting in the New Delhi Office. As may be referred to in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, Both Executive Director-SD (P&D) AND General Manager (Tender) Posts will be filled up under Pay Level 14 of the 7th Central Pay Commission. Based on the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice for Both Notified Posts, Application Submission in the prescribed Specimen Proforma is in progress. Accordingly the Closing Date for receipt of Duly Completed Applications from the Applicant Individuals is 08.08.2023 notified thereby.
Based on the Indian Railways RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice issued, Eligible Candidates with Interest in On Deputationist Posts Executive Director-SD (P&D) AND General Manager (Tender) may apply only as per the Prescribed Specimen Proforma. Duly Completed Applications should be annexed with all Enclosures, which need to be submitted through Proper Channel before 08.08.2023. As has been notified in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Willing and Eligible Officer Applicants may also forward Individual Advance Copies through Email well ahead of the Terminal Date mentioned therein. Post-Selection for RLDA Executive Director-SD (P&D) AND General Manager (Tender) Deputation Tenure, Appointment Terms shall be Initially for 03 Years, Further Extendable up to 05 Years. Specific Requirement: IRSE (Indian Railway Service of Engineers) Officers in the Senior Administrative Grade (Pay Matrix Level 14 of 7th Central Pay Commission) With
Experience: Minimum 20 Years’ Service
II) General Manager (Tender) Post:
Specific Requirement: The IRSE (Indian Railway Service of Engineers) Officers in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAF)/Senior Grade (SG) With
Experience: Minimum 17 Years’ Group ‘A’ Service
Desirable: Experience in Land Management/Real Estate and Contract Management
Others: One Scale Higher than Parent Grade up to Pay Matrix Level 13 or Deputation Allowance, if posted in the same Grade, is Permissible. Railway Accommodation, TADK or Care-Taker Allowance and Other Benefits as per the RLDA Policy.
Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/ Interview for Both Notified Posts.
Even Selection for Both Posts 1) Executive Director-SD (P&D) AND 2) General Manager (Tender) will be carried through on Overall Suitability Deputationist Appointments will remain Normal Deputation Terms. the Appointments shall remain Initially 03 Years and subsequently Extendable by 02 Years, aggregating 05-Years’ Deputation Tenure. Deputation Based Initial Term shall be 03 Years and subsequent Extensions for 4th and 5th Years will be extended by Vice Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority (VC/RLDA).
