The Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, found that Robinsons Cargo & Logistics Pvt. Ltd made a mistake in its 2024–25 annual filing by incorrectly stating that CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) rules did not apply to it. Because of this, they did not file an important form called CSR-2. Since Director Aditya Anil Vazirani signed and submitted the form, he is responsible for the error.
