RVNL Recruitment 2023: The Human Resource Cell (HRC), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of India, has sought Applications through Proper Channel from Experienced Personnel Eligible for Appointment on the Manager (Finance) Post with 02 Vacancies on Deputation Basis for posting in Rishikesh vide the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 18.04.2023.
According to the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement for the Manager (Finance) on Deputation Basis, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up under Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (PP with DA). Based on the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, 17.05.2023 is the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates with Interest must complete the Application Submission Process through Proper Channel. The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways may forward Advance Scanned Copy of the Eligible Officer’s Duly Filled-in Applications with Enclosures in PDF Format should be submitted through E-Mail within 15 Days from the Closing Date of the Receipt of the Application.
Note: Preference for Appointment on both Manager (Finance) Posts on a Deputation Basis shall be given to the Candidates with Prior Working Experience in Construction Organization.

As is notified in the RVNL Recruitment 2023, Appropriately Suitable Officers selected on Manager (Finance) Post will be entitled to Pay Scale Level applicable to the Posts as also mentioned hereunder:
Pay Scale Level: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance
Based on the RVNL Recruitment Notification 2023 Notification, the Candidates as on the Closing Date of Submission of the Application should be aged as hereunder:
For Deputation: Below 56 Years
Minimum Eligibility: For Manager (Finance): {Level-08(CDA)/IDA E-2 (Rs.50000-160000)}:
i) Central Government/State Government Employees working in Analogous Grade (Level-08) in the relevant discipline; Or
ii) Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Employees working in Analogous Grade IDA E-2 (Rs.50000-160000) in the relevant Discipline; Or
iv) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-1 (Rs. 40000-140000) for 04 (Four) Years.
The Post-Eligible Suitable Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview.
Selection on to Manager (Finance) Post shall be carried out through Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidates would be issued Appointments by Deputation for Posting in Rishikesh.

The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways, etc. may forward Only Eligible Candidates’ duly completed Applications accompanying Vigilance/ Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&ARs) Clearance and Previous 05-Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Performance Appraisal Reports (ACRs/APARs) Grading to the Corporate Officer/Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, New Delhi within 15 Days of the Closing Date.
