Age Limit for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

The maximum age limit is 69 years as on the date of 12.10.2023 to apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023.

Qualification for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the required qualifications to apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023 as mentioned below-

For Specialist (ENT)-

• The applicant must have an MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT from a university/institute recognized by MCI / NMC / NBE.

For Specialist (Pulm. Medicine)-

• The applicant must have an MBBS with MD/DNB in Pulmonary Medicine from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.

For GDMO-

• The applicant must have an MBBS from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.
• The applicant must have completed an internship.

For Specialist (Ophthalmology)-

• The applicant must have an MBBS with MS/DNB in Ophthalmology from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.

For Specialist (Medicine)-

• The applicant must have an MBBS with an MD/DNB in Medicine from a university/ institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.

Salary for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration up to Rs.180000.

Tenure for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

The engagement is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates for SAIL Recruitment 2023 will hold their position for a period of 01 year which can be further extended for a period of 01 year. However, the maximum period for engagement under the same contract would not be more than 03 years. The tenure of engagement will be subject to the upper age limit of 70 years.

• Filled-in application Format (Annexure-A) with one recent passport-size colour photograph.
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSLC / Matriculation Certificate).
• Certificates and Mark sheets of required qualification. Internship Completion Certificate.
• Caste/Category certificate, wherever applicable.
• Valid Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• Experience Certificate(s) showing relevant post-qualification experience. In the case of retired employees, a Service Certificate issued by the parent organization should be given.
• Photo Identity Proof (Voter ID / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License).
• NOC from present employer, if employed under PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Department.

Selection Process for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

The selection of SAIL Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the walk-in interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the walk-in interview.

Candidates are advised to bring their duly filled application form along with the required documents at the time of the walk-in interview. The walk-in interview will be held on 03.11.2023 from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM at New Conference Hall, Ispat General Hospital, Sector-19, Rourkela – 769005 (Odisha). Latecomers are not allowed for the interview.
