SBI Recruitment 2023: The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department (CRPD), Corporate Centre, Mumbai, the State Bank of India (SBI) has sought Online Applications from Retired Officers of the State Bank of India, Erstwhile Associates (E-Abs) and other Public Sector Banks (PSBs) and Award Staff of the State Bank of India & E-ABs for Engagement into 03 Posts; 01) Channel Manager Facilitator-Anytime Channels (CMF-AC), 02) Channel Manager Supervisor-Anytime Channels (CMS-AC) and 03) Support Officer-Anytime Channels (SO-AC) with 1031 Vacancies to be filled up on Contractual Bases vide SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
According to the SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, notified 1031 Vacancies are inclusive of 01) Channel Manager Facilitator-Anytime Channels (CMF-AC) – 821 Nos., 02) Channel Manager Supervisor-Anytime Channels (CMS-AC) – 172 Nos. and 03) Support Officer-Anytime Channels (SO-AC)-38 Nos. to be filled up on a Contractual Basis District wise and Centre-wise Vacancies (CMF/CMS/SO). Based on the SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligible Candidates with Interest for Channel Manager Facilitator-Anytime Channels (CMF-AC), 02) Channel Manager Supervisor-Anytime Channels (CMS-AC), and 03) Support Officer-Anytime Channels (SO-AC) may apply Online preferably up to the Last Date 30.04.2023. Online Registration of Applications is in progress effective 01.04.2023.
As has been narrated in the SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 1031 Vacancies to be filled up on Contractual Engagement Bases explained hereunder:
01) Channel Manager Facilitator-Anytime Channels(CMF-AC): 821 Vacancies
02) Channel Manager Supervisor-Anytime Channels(CMS-AC): 172 Vacancies
03) Support Officer Anytime Channels (SO-AC): Rs. 38 Vacancies
As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Selected Candidates will be paid Fixed Monthly Remunerations according to the Contractual Posts with Engagement Criteria, explained hereunder:
01) Channel Manager Facilitator-Anytime Channels(CMF-AC): Rs.36000 (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand) only
02) Channel Manager Supervisor-Anytime Channels(CMS-AC): Rs.41000 (Rupees Forty-one Thousand) only
03) Support Officer Anytime Channels (SO-AC): Rs.41000 (Rupees Forty-one Thousand) only
The Maximum Age Limits in accordance with the SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification for the Candidates as on 01.04.2023 is as follows:
Age Limits: Minimum 60 Years and Maximum 63 Years.
The SBI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification prescribes the Eligibility Criteria comprising Educational Qualification, Experience and the Specific Skills Mandatory for each Post:
01) Channel Manager Facilitator-Anytime Channels(CMF-AC):
02) Channel Manager Supervisor-Anytime Channels(CMS-AC):
03) Support Officer Anytime Channels (SO-AC):
Educational Qualification: No specific Educational Qualifications needed since the Applicants are Retired Bank’s Staff/Ex-Bank Personnel.
Service Experience (If any): The Retired Personnel with Work Experience in Automated Teller Machine Operations (ATMOs), will be given Preference.
Specific Skills (If any): The Retired Ex-Bank Employee should have in possession a Smart Mobile Phone and the Skill/Aptitude/Quality for monitoring through Personal Computer/Mobile App/ Laptop or as per the Banking Requirement.
The Selection Process involves Shortlisting followed by Interviewing Candidates. The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department shall prepare a Final Merit List based on the Minimum Pass Marks and Higher Marks for Selection on to the notified Posts.
The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the State Bank of India will decide the Shortlisting Parameters to determine the adequate number of Candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for the Interview.
The Interview: The Interview will carry 100 Marks. The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, State Bank of India will determine the Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Candidates in the Interview.
Merit List: The Merit List for Final Selection will be prepared in descending order of the Scores obtained in the Interview only, subject to the Candidate scoring Minimum Qualifying Marks.
TIE Resolving Methodology: In case of more than One Candidate having scored Common Cut-off Marks, such candidates will be ranked in the Merit in descending order of their Age (i.e., Seniority in the Age). In other words, in the event of more than one Candidate scoring Equal/Similar Marks as Cut-off Marks in the Final Merit List (Common Marks at Cut-off Point), such Candidates will be ranked in the Merit according to their Age in descending order.
For Fresh Engagement:
i) The Shortlisted Candidates shall be interviewed by the Interview Committee.
ii) The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department would draw up Merit List Circle-wise, Category-wise, and the Candidates will be offered Posting District-wise under the Circle for which they are applying. In the event of their Selection, None of the Personnel will be entitled to the Inter-Circle Transfer.
