Candidates should have Members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates with LL.B., C.A./ I.C.W.A. will be preferred.
Deputy Chief Technology Officer
Candidates should have Engineering Graduate or MCA from a recognized University/ Institution. Candidates should have B.E. /B.Tech./M.E./ M.Tech. from a recognized University/ Institution in Software Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Electronics / Electronics & Communications will be preferred. MBA will be an added advantage.
Vice President
Candidates should have B.E./ B. Tech / MCA from a recognized University/ Institution. Candidates should have B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Tech from a recognized University/ Institution in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent will be preferred. TOGAF certification as an additional qualification will be preferred.

Candidates should have Minimum 4 years of experience after obtaining membership of ICSI as on 01.01.2023, in a listed entity. Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage. Candidates should have Working knowledge of SEBI regulations including SEBI LODR, SEBI ICDR, SEBI ILNCS, SEBI PIT, SEBI SAST etc. Regulations, IEPF Rules, Stock Exchange filing, and compliances. Excellent communication (Written and Oral) skills, Interpersonal relationship skills are expected from the incumbent.

Out of the above, minimum 8 years of experience should have been in Datacenters, Networking and Infrastructure management.
Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Digital)
Candidates should have Minimum 12 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with regulated financial services organizations or in technology/ software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/ platforms/ applications for the BFSI industry. Out of the above, minimum 8 years of experience should have been in Core banking solutions/ e-Channels and Digital Transformation.
