Pay Scale under SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Pay Scale for the Manager (Retail Products) Post under Middle Management Grade Scale (MMGS)-III shall remain as follows:

Pay Scale: MMGS-III Level (Rs. 63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230) Plus Other Perquisites notified vide this SBI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Upper Age Limits for SBI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the SBI Recruitment Notification 2023 issued, the General Merit Candidates should be aged as on 31.12.2022, as follows:

I) The Un-Reserved Category Candidates should be Minimum 28 Years and Maximum 38 Years.

II) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates are notified in the SBI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

Eligibility for SBI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the SBI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Requisite Eligibility comprising Basic Qualification and Post-Qualification Experience as well as the Specific Skills as per the Stipulated Dates are explained hereunder:

Basic Qualification (As on 30.09.2022):

a) Full-Time MBA with Specialisation in Marketing/Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with Specialisation in Marketing/Post-Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with Specialisation in Marketing from the Institutes accredited/duly recognised/approved by the Government Bodies/All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/University Grants Commission (UGC).

Note: The Applicant with the Professional Qualification Course completed through Correspondence / Part-Time are INELIGIBLE.

Post-Qualification Experience (As on 31.12.2022):

Essential Experience: Minimum 05-Years’ Post-Qualification Experience in any Supervisory/ Managerial Executive Role in Schedule Commercial Banks in Retail Banking.

Preferred Experience: 02-Years’ Experience in directly working with Product Development.

Specific Skills: Product Development, Product Management, Digital Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.

Selection Process under SBI Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Appointment on Manager (Retail Products) mandates Shortlisting-cum-Interaction. Only Candidates. The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, subsequent to receipt of the Candidates’ Applications, shall carry out Detailed Screening of the Candidates’ Eligibility Criteria aimed at shortlisting for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction.

The Screening/Shortlisting Committee constituted by the State Bank of India will determine/stipulate the Shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of the Candidates, to be decided by the SBI CRPD will be shortlisted for the Interviews.

The Interview will carry 100 Marks. The CRPD, State Bank of India shall stipulate/determine the Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates in Interview.

Merit List: The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department shall prepare the Merit List for Selection in descending order based on the Scores obtained in Interview only. In case more than one Candidate Score the cut-off marks (Common Marks at the Cut-off Point) yielding TIE, such candidates will be ranked according to their Age in descending order, in the Merit List.

Application Fee for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Requisite Fee Structure in respect of the Un-Reserved Candidates and EWS/OBC Candidates is as follows:

I) Un-Reserved Candidates: Rs.750 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) only toward Application Fee and Intimation Charges.

II) EWS/OBC Candidates: Rs.750 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) only

III) SCs/STs/PwDs Candidates: Nil

According to the SBI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidates with Interest may complete the Online Application Process following the Instructions in respect of the Requisite Scanned Documents to be uploaded with the Mandatory Application Fee and Intimation Charges explained therein.
