SECL Recruitment 2022: Coal India Limited (CIL) has sought Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Post Medical Executives multifarious Specialty Branches/Disciplines. Such Applicants, who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria specific to the Post opted, and intend to submit respective Candidature, may apply in the Specimen Application Proforma as per the Instructions available in the Recruitment Advertisement. There are 130 Vacancies earmarked for the Posts 01) Senior Medical Specialist (E4)/Medical Specialist(E3); 02) Senior Medical Officer(E3) and 03) Senior Medical Officer(Dental)(E-3)

Modality for Application:  The Applicant should send the duly filled-up Application Form as an Advance Copy in the prescribed Format together with the Self-Attested Copy of the Testimonials through Registered/Speed Post to and receivable latest by 29th October 2022 (29.10.2022) (being the Last Date) by the Office of Deputy General Manager (Personnel)/Head of Department(EE), South Eastern Coalfields Limited.

01) Senior Medical Specialist (SMS) (E4)/Medical Specialist (MS)(E3) Specialty: Surgeon, General Physician, Gynecology & Obstetrician/ Gynaecology & Obstetrics (G&O) Anesthesia Orthopedic/Pediatrician/Psychiatrist/ Pathologist/Dermatologist/Pulmonologist/Chest-Specialist/Ophthalmologist/ENT/Radiologist (57 Vacancies)

Pay Scale: (Sr Med Specialist:E4) Rs.70000 to Rs.200000/(Med Specialist:E3) Rs.60000 to Rs.180000 respectively

02) Sr MO(E3): 70 Vacancies

Pay Scale: E3: Rs.60000 to Rs.180000

03) Sr MO (Dental)(E-3): 03 Vacancies

Pay Scale: E3: Rs.60000 to Rs.180000

Eligibility Criteria:
For General Surgery, General Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -Minimum Qualification is Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae Or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from any Duly Recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with recognized Post-Graduate Degree/ Diplomate of National Board (DNB) with Minimum 03 Years’ Post Qualification Experience.

With reference to other Specialists, Post-Graduate Diploma (in addition to above) is also considered as one of the Minimum Eligible Qualifications.

With regards to other Specialists (in addition to above) Minimum Eligible Qualifications:
For General Surgery, General Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -minimum qualification is MBBS from any Duly Recognized Institute/ College approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with duly recognized Post Graduate Degree/Diplomate of National Board.

Post Graduate Diploma is also considered as one of the Minimum Eligible Qualifications:

MBBS from recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India.

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from any Duly Recognized Institute/College approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI) with 01 Year’s Post-Qualification Experience from any Hospital/Clinic of Repute.

Note:
01. The Candidates having obtained mandatory Eligible Qualification from Foreign University/Institute, will also be considered subject to submission of the Certificate of passing the Qualifying Examination from the Medical Council of India.

02. As regards the Eligibility, the candidate should have obtained Registration Number from Medical Council of India(MCI) /State Medical Council (SMC)/ Dental Council of India (DCI)/ State Dental Council (SDC) against their respective Qualifications.

03. 01-Year’s Internship Period being part of the Curricula shall not be considered as an Experience.

Age Limit (As on 31.08.2022)

01. Senior Medical Specialist (E4 Grade): 42 Years for General/Un-Reserved Category

02. Senior Medical Officer (including Dental)/Medical Specialist (E-3 Grade): 35 Years.

03. Relaxation in Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates.

04. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for Ex-Service-Men as per the Government of India Rules.
