SECL Recruitment 2023: South Eastern Coalfields Limited, a Subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL), Chhattisgarh, has invited Applications from Retired CMDs/Director/Senior Level Executives, etc., for Engagement of Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial) in the Prescribed Proforma.
As mentioned in the SECL Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled Initially for 06 Months, which is further extendable up to 02 Years. Those Eligible from among the Willing Persons for the Post of Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial) may apply (up to 4th February 2023 (04.02.2023), the Last Date) through E-Mail/Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due/Speed Post.
As per SECL Recruitment 2023 Notification the Retired Executives of Secretarial Discipline from Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries, Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Organizations of Central Government/ State Governments on a Full-Time Contractual Basis. “The VRS Optees” are Ineligible for this Engagement Opportunity.

Post Name: Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial)
Vacancy: 01 No.
The Vacancy is to be filled up on a Full-Time Contractual Basis (FTCB) Initially for 06 Months and subsequently Extendable up to 02 Years subject to Requirement and the Individual’s Satisfactory Performance.
In view of the SECL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, post Selection, the Candidates would be entitled to the Pay Scale notified hereunder:
Monthly Honorarium: Retired Executive Grades: E-2 (Rs.37500) – E-8 (Rs.105000) Per Month
Post-Selection as Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial), the Individual shall be entitled to the Monthly Honorarium/Compensation.
As per the SECL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates should be aged as explained hereunder:
i) The Un-Reserved (General) Category Candidate should aged more than 60 Years and must not exceed 65 Years.
Educational Qualification: The Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in Secretarial Discipline from Retired Executives of Secretarial Discipline from CIL and its Subsidiaries/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Organizations of Central/ State Governments.
The Selection Process for the Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial) Post involves Shortlisting for Interview. Final Selection on Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial) Post shall be based on the Individual’s Performance in Interview. Refer to the SECL Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for the Purpose.
Note: Preference in Selection on Full-Time Advisor (Secretarial) Post will be given to those having Working Experience in the Vigilance Department.
