SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is seeking to hire eligible and desirous candidates for the post of Deputy Chief Risk Officer (Dy. CRO) on a contractual basis. As per the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, there are 02 seats available for the mentioned position. The candidate’s mandatory qualifications should be a graduate degree from a University with professional certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals with a minimum of 20 years of experience in a Bank /Financial Sector of which 5 to 7 years should have been in the Risk function. The selected candidate’s age limit should not be less than 40 years as of 31-07-2023.
As per the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the salary would be market-linked remuneration. This will not be a limiting issue for the right individual and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The CTC offered is negotiable. The term of the contract would initially be for a period of 5 years, extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to 5 years. The contract can be terminated at one month’s notice on either side or salary and allowances in lieu thereof.
