Experience–

• Minimum 18 years of experience as on June 05, 2023 in different verticals/domains in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/ Financial Institutions (FIs) or Public Sector Organizations in the financial sector, including 2 years of operational experience preferably in Credit Appraisal/ Micro Credit/ SME Lending.
• 18 years, at least 2 years of experience should be at the highest level below the Board Level.
  Experience in institutional development in the financial, banking and services sector.

Eligibility Criteria for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the eligibility criteria are mentioned below-

• All-India Service Officers/ Central Services Group ‘A’ Officers serving at the level of Director/Director equivalent to Government of India or above with a minimum of 15 years experience of which 2 years mandatory experience as Director/Deputy Secretary to the Government of India in the field of finance/ SME lending/ industrial development/ public enterprise management. OR
• State Government Officers serving at an equivalent level (level of Director/Director equivalent to Government of India or above) with a minimum of 15 years experience of which 2 years mandatory experience in the field of finance/SME lending/industrial development/ public enterprise management.
  Experience shall be reckoned as on June 05, 2023 in both of the above cases.

Salary for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As per SIDBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates should get a monthly salary on a pay scale (Level 14A) Rs.176800-Rs.224000 plus all usual allowances and perquisites as allowed to Executive Directors of Nationalized Banks.

Tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the assignment is based on a deputation and the period of deputation should be 03 years but may be extended by up to 02 years on the basis of their performance.
