SM PORT Authority Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Shipping & Waterways, Government of India has invited Applications from the Individuals Eligible for Contractual Engagement/Empanelment on Executive Assistant Post with 10 Vacancies for 03 Years’ Contractual Duration to be filled up for Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata (SMP-K) through SM PORT Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 17.05.2023.
According to the SM PORT Authority Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, the Notified Executive Assistant Post shall be filled up with a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration Rs. 26000 through Empanelment Procedure in Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority Kolkata.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.26000 (Consolidated) Per Month
According to the SM Port Authority Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for the Executive Assistant Post as on 01.05.2023 should be read as follows:
Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 35 Years
As has been referred to the SM PORT Authority Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Advertisement, the Eligibility Criteria comprising Educational Qualification, Proficiency and Experience Required for Executive Assistant Post may be briefly read as explained therein:
A) Educational Qualification and Experience:
I) Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 60% Marks in Aggregate from any University/Institute Duly Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)/All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE); Or
II) Full-Time B.Tech/B.Engg with Minimum 60% Marks in Aggregate from any University/Institute Duly Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)/All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
B) Minimum 06 Months’ to 01 Year’s Certification Course in MS-Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) duly accredited by the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer (DoEAC) 09 Years’ Experienced in the Related Field.
c) Proficiency in English Shorthand/Stenography and Computer-Based Typewriting with 80/40 Words Per Minutes with Fluency in Reading, Writing, Speaking and taking Dictation
Desirable:
i) Hands-on Experience in Working as an Assistant, Multi-Tasking Staff in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private Organization of Repute.
ii) The Candidates having cleared the Preliminary/Skill Test for Stenographers of Staff Selection Commission.
According to SM PORT Authority Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, Selection for Engagement/Empanelment of Executive Assistant Post shall be conducted in the order of Merit of the Candidates Marks and Performance obtained in the Written Examination, Skill Test and Personal Interview.
