Essential Education: Bachelor of Legal Laws ( LL.B.) Degree from any Duly Recognized University/ Institution.
Expertise with Computer Applications and updating of Legal Databases/Websites/Journals.
Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Practicing Experience as Advocate on Record in High Court Calcutta (Both Appellate and Original Side) together with being Well-Acquainted Personally with the Procedure/Registry/ filing of Cases in the City Civil Court Calcutta, Alipore Courts, Howrah Court and other Fora.
Desirable Education Qualification: Full-Time Post-Graduate/Master of Legal Laws (LL.M.) Degree.
Experience: Working Experience with the Ministry of Law and Justice for Public Sector Undertakings or Government Organizations or Statutory Bodies.
