Solarworld Energy Solutions has secured about Rs 40.27 crore in awarded/admitted claims across two EPC contract disputes with SJVN Green Energy for 100 MW and 260 MW solar projects in Gujarat.

Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited has disclosed the outcome of two contractual dispute resolution proceedings involving its EPC contracts with SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, for solar projects in Gujarat. The company received the final determinations and awards from the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) on September 18, 2026.

For the 100 MW Solar PV Project under GUVNL Phase XIII at Village Mothara, Kutch, Solarworld had raised 12 claim heads amounting to Rs 56.51 crore. The claims related to retention money, overdue supply invoices, delay financing interest, site preservation and module insurance costs, loss of profit and other matters. The DAB awarded/admitted a total value of Rs 13.77 crore, including a liquid cash outlay of Rs 5.79 crore and release of retention of Rs 7.98 crore against substitution with a Bank Guarantee or Insurance Surety Bond.

For the 260 MW Solar PV Project under GUVNL Phase XIV at the same location, the company had raised eight claim heads amounting to Rs 162.83 crore. These claims included retention money, financing and delay interest on DC cables, site operating and asset preservation costs, loss of profit and related matters. The DAB awarded/admitted Rs 26.50 crore, comprising a liquid cash outlay of Rs 2.09 crore and retention release of Rs 24.41 crore against substitution with a Bank Guarantee or Insurance Surety Bond.

Accordingly, the total awarded/admitted value across both projects stands at approximately Rs 40.27 crore. The proceedings were conducted under the DAB mechanism provided in the respective EPC contracts, with Er. Harish Kumar Sharma serving as the Sole Adjudicator.

Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited has made the aforementioned disclosure via an Intimation dated September 18, 2026, addressed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE), in pursuance of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
