Special team constituted to address technical issues on MCA portal: Budget Session The Minister of State(Independent Charge), Shri Rao Inderjit Singh in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in a written reply to a question raised in Lok Sabha stated, "Special team constituted to address technical issues on MCA portal." During Financial Year 2022-23, about 72.71 lakh forms have been filed during 01.04.2022 - 13.03.2023 on MCA21 Portal against about 69.97 lakh forms filed during 01.04.2021 - 13.03.2022. This includes the filing counts in respect of 20 LLP forms and 65 company forms deployed in Version 3 of MCA21 during this year; of which, a total of about 47.11 lakh forms have been filed during 01.04.2022 - 13.03.2023 against about 46.01 lakh filed during 01.04.2021 - 13.03.2022. As such, the stakeholders have been able to file more forms this year than previous year. In Version 3, a new process of registration of users and Digital Signature Certificate association with two factor authentication has been introduced for better identification of the stakeholders using MCA21 Services. Further, the new forms are web-based which allows real time validations. In order to assist and help the users understand the new processes and address their grievances expeditiously, a special team has been constituted comprising of the Officers of the Ministry and representatives from LTI Mindtree (MCA21 service provider), Project Monitoring Unit & Consultant (NISG & EY), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
