Sub Inspector arrested in Bribery Case by Anti Corruption Bureau The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) agents arrested a sub-inspector in Nirmal district after he allegedly requested a bribe of 10,000 from a person. According to authorities, ACB officials nabbed the cop as he took the bribe at his room in Mamada police station. Tirumal, the complainant, addressed the ACB, stating that sub-inspector K Raju requested a bribe of Rs.10,000 for an official favour. The officials allegedly seized the bribe money from Raju and arrested him. In a similar case, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has detained a female ASI and a female head constable of Shahzadpur police station for allegedly demanding a Rs 10,000 bribe to close a case. The accused named as ASI Kulwinder Kaur and Head Constable Geeta. And they were suspended from their respective post.
