TRAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Senior Research Officer (Administration & Personnel), the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Ministry of Telecommunications (Government of India), New Delhi has invited Applications from the Officers Duly Eligible for Appointment on a Deputationist Post Joint Advisor (F&EA) On (Foreign Service Terms) Basis in the TRAI, Head Quarter, New Delhi vide the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 20.06.2023. As may be taken note that the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has arisen for 01 Post and Even Number Vacancy to be filled up on Foreign Service Terms by Deputation. Based on the TRAI Recruitment 2023 2023 Official Vacancy issued the Notified Joint Advisor (F&EA) Post will be in Pay Level 13 (Rs.123100-215900) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission for Appointment of the Officer as Joint Advisor (F&EA) On Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis through Deputation Process.
According to the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, the Last Date for receipt of Duly completed Applications through ‘Proper Channel’ stipulated is 04.08.2023. All the Ministries/Ministerial Departments/Central Public Undertakings/Statutory and Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India may forward duly completed Applications in respect of the Officers having convincingly satisfied the Eligibility for the Joint Advisor (F&EA) on Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis Post ensuring that they may be immediately spared in the event of Selection.

Appointment Terms: Deputation Appointment with 03 Years
As may be referred to in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, post-Selection the Candidates appointed as Joint Advisor (F&EA) would be entitled to the Pay Scale hereunder:
Pay Scale Level: Pay Level 13 (Rs.123100-215900) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission Plus Other Allowances (Pre-Revised Pay Band-4, Rs. 37400-67000 Plus Grade Pay Rs.8700.
The Maximum Age Limit for Appointment on Deputation as on 04.08.2023 notified in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement is as follows:
Maximum Age Limit: Not to exceed 56 Years
Officers of the Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory and Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India
i) holding Equivalent Post on a Regular Basis; Or
ii) Officer in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) with 05 Years’ Regular Service in that Grade; Or
Group ‘A’ Officers with 12 Years’ Regular Service, out of which, Minimum 05-Years in the Junior Administrative Grade (JAG).
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Master’s Degree in any of the disciplines (as mentioned in the Appended TRAI Recruitment Vacancy Notice)
Desirable: Working Experience in handling the Post-Relevant matters.
Based on the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Selection of an Appropriately Suitable Officer as Joint Advisor (F&EA) shall be carried through a Viva-voce, Post-Selection the Official shall be Appointment as Joint Advisor (F&EA) on Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) under Pay Scale Level 13 notified in the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
The Officer shall be issued Deputation Appointment as Joint Advisor (F&EA) on Deputation on (Foreign Service Terms) Basis for 03 Years.
According to the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Willing Officers should visit the TRAI Website for downloading the Specimen Application Proforma and allied Annexures to be filled in for submission to the Telecom Regulatory of India.
