• Exposure to Strategic Planning, land acquisition/project development, and interface with multidisciplinary/large infrastructure projects.
• Project management experience in all phases of internationally funded contracts, including planning, tender document preparation, bidding, execution, interface, commissioning, and post-commissioning.

Desirable

• Experience in underground metro constructions including tunnels.
• Experience of Development of Land parcels.

Salary for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2023,  the selected applicant will get a monthly remuneration between Rs.150000 to Rs.300000.

Eligibility for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

• Candidate must have worked in Government/PSUS for at least 02 years in SAG or equivalent grade in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (IDA) or Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200/Level-14 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (CDA) with a documented track record of 22 years of Group A or equivalent service.\
• A candidate who is not presently employed by the government or the public sector but has previous similar experience in the government or the public sector is also eligible.

Surety Bond for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2023, the candidate chosen for the position will be required to execute a Surety Bond of Rs.300000 to serve the Corporation for a minimum of three years (exclusive of any time spent on LWP or EOL), as well as provide three months prior notice before seeking resignation from the Corporation.
