According to the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Notification the Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be aged as on 01.07.2022:
Age Limit: Not to exceed 45 Years (Inclusive of All Relaxations, whatsoever)
Based on the UPPCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate should have gained the following Educational Qualification and Experience:
Educational Qualification: The Candidate should be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Laws from the Accredited University.
*Preference shall to be given to the Candidate with a Cost Accountant Qualification from the Accredited University over and above the Educational Qualification prescribed hereunder:
Experience: Minimum 05-Years’ Independent Work Experience as a Company Secretary.
*Preference shall to be given to the Candidates having the afore-stated Experience as a Company Secretary in any Power Sector Institute.
The Selection Process/Criteria for Selection on UPPCL Company Secretary Post shall be carried through on the basis of the Candidate’s Eligibility explained hereunder:
Aggregate: 100 Marks
i) Academic and Professional Qualifications: Maximum 45 Marks
ii) Experience: Maximum 30 Marks
iii) General Appearance and Personal Interview: Maximum 25 Marks
