Overview:

Pepsico is hiring an experienced Enterprise Solutions Analyst at their Hyderabad location. The SAP ABAP development & governance analyst will be responsible for development, delivery and support of high-quality, reliable and cost-effective SAP ABAP solutions between large enterprise applications like SAP ECC, S/4, TPM, IBP, SuccessFactors and other applications for various projects serviced by Enterprise Solutions – AppDev services team. This involves performing design and QA reviews for RICEFWs developed by our vendor partners and ensure strict adherence to PepsiCo’s global development processes.  Finally, the Analyst may be responsible for coding/building interfaces under certain conditions driven by business need and/or solution complexity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Performs complex design and development for SAP ABAP development in S/4 and TPM technology stacks.

Provides input to S/4 and TPM related development standards and improvements to our QA and governance processes.

Accountable for Quality Assurance of code/technical design reviews for junior developers.

Provide application debugging support and code fixes for identified issues and builds for optimal quality.

Works with customers and IT partners globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating as required.

Partner closely with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources.

Develops, executes and maintains test plans and test cases for unit testing efforts.

Provides Technical cut-over, Go-Live and Hypercare support.

The Ideal Candidate should also have:

At least 5 years experience in SAP ERP implementations.

Full lifecycle experience surrounding interfaces development

Requirements, Design, Data Mapping & Transformations, Development, Testing, Deployment and Production Support.

Provide functional and technical leadership on interface development work throughout the lifecycle, including post-deployment production support.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree required in information technology or other technically focused field.

At least 5 years of hands on development experience in SAP ABAP building RICEFWs for Enterprise Applications.

At least 4 years of hands on development experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on TPM developments.

Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan, MS ADO, Quality Center and MS Project.
