The age of superannuation is 60 years, which means that the candidate must not be more than 60 years old as of the date of superannuation.
For Internal candidates, the minimum age limit is 45 years. This means that an internal candidate must be at least 45 years old to be eligible for the position.
For External candidates, the minimum age limit is also 45 years. This means that an external candidate must be at least 45 years old to be eligible for the position.
Additionally, for both Internal and External candidates, there is a requirement of residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation. For Internal candidates, this requirement is 2 years, which means that an internal candidate must have at least 2 years of residual service left as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation. For External candidates, this requirement is 3 years, which means that an external candidate must have at least 3 years of residual service left as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.
Therefore, to be eligible for the position, a candidate must meet the minimum age limit of 45 years and have the required residual service left as of the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.
Candidates should be Engineering graduates/ Chartered Accountants/ Cost Accountants/ Postgraduate/ Graduates with MBA/ PGDIM from a leading institute.
Candidates should have cumulative experience/exposure for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance/ Business Development/ Production/ Operations/ Marketing/ HR/ Personnel Management/ IR/ Project Management in a large organization of repute. Experience in the Coal/ Mining sector is desirable to experience.
