What to do After CBSE Class 12 Results 2024: As we know, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Class 10th and 12th Result 2024. Now Students are getting ready for college entrance tests for their further studies. Some of the major entrance tests have already ended, including NEET UG 2024 for MBBS admission, JEE Main 2024 for BE and BTech admissions, and multiple state exams for degrees like LLB and management. What students in Class 12 CBSE need to know about popular courses, admissions, and supplementary exams is provided here.
An overall pass rate of 87.98% has been reported by the CBSE Board. The CBSE 12th results for 2024 show that 16,21,224 students took the board exam, and 14,26,420 of them passed. The JEE Main 2024 results for both session 1 and session 2 for admission into BE, BTech, architecture, and other relevant degrees were released last month by the exam’s conducting organization, the National Testing Agency (NTA). Meanwhile, the NTA has not yet revealed the NEET UG result date for 2024.
This year, 24,068 CBSE Class 12 students have received scores of 95% or more in every subject. The board changed the name of compartment exams to supplementary exams in accordance with the National Education Policy. In order to prevent unhealthy competition, it has also decided not to provide a merit list. 1,22,170 students in all have been assigned to the compartment. The board declared that students who want to raise their grades in one subject would be able to take the Class 12 supplementary exams starting on July 15. Additionally, it has made it possible for students to apply for revaluation, photocopies of their answer sheets, and revaluation.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG 2024) in its third edition to students seeking admission to undergraduate programs at central universities, state universities, and other participating institutions from 15.05.2024. Recently NTA announced that the CUET UG 2024 exam was postponed only for Delhi Centers. The CUET UG 2024 has been scheduled between May 15 and 24 in 379 cities, including 26 cities outside India. The CUET UG 2024 for Delhi centres will be held on 29.05.2024.
When looking for UG admission, Delhi University is one of the best options. When over 72,000 students were given places in different DU colleges, CBSE Class 12th students dominated the first DU CSAS merit list last year. Around 2,344 students from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) were allotted seats, which was the second-highest number. The University of Delhi uses CUET scores to determine admission to its undergraduate programs. Therefore, in order to be enrolled in DU, the candidate must appear in the CUET. Students would be admitted to all central universities by the CUET UG scores 2024, including Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jawaharlal Nehru University, Central University of Hyderabad (HCU), and other institutions.
Candidates for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) may compete in the JEE Advanced 2024 exam if they pass the JEE Main 2024 and receive a rank in the top 2.5 lakh. Registration for JEE Advanced 2024 is now closed. The JEE Advanced admit card will be distributed on May 17. The exam for JEE Advanced 2024 will be held on 26.05.2024.
Students who did not apply for admission examinations this year still have the opportunity to apply for entrance exams at the state and institute levels. In order to perform well on national entrance tests, a number of students also decide to retake a year. Students who pass the 12th grade can also find job opportunities in the public and commercial sectors; these positions are typically posted on these organizations’ official websites. CBSE board students registered in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET 2024) at the second-highest rate this year for admission to engineering and pharmacy programs.
