GSTR-4 Annual Return Filing

GSTR-4 is the yearly GST return that must be filed by businesses that have opted for the composition scheme. Unlike regular taxpayers who file two returns every month and one annual return, businesses in the composition scheme only need to file one return each quarter in Form CMP-08 and an annual return in Form GSTR-4. The last date for GSTR-4 Annual Return Filing is June 30.

IEC Update

IEC (Import Export Code) is a key license required for importing or exporting goods. If you have any changes to update in your IEC details, such as address or business-related information, you must make these necessary updates by today, as June 30th is the last day to update your IEC.

DPT-3 Filing by Companies

DPT-3 return is the return of deposits that companies must file to submit information about deposits and outstanding receipts of loans or money (other than deposits). It helps the government keep track of such funds.

If your company has not filed this return yet, then do it by today, as June 30th is the last day to file the DPT-3 return.

CPE Hours Compliance

If you are a professional, like a Chartered Accountant, you need to complete a certain number of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours every year. The deadline for compliance is today, i.e., June 30, 2025.

GST Amnesty Scheme

The GST Amnesty Scheme gives relief to taxpayers who have missed filing GSTR-3B for the previous tax periods. Therefore, if you have any pending GST payments and you want to pay them without any penalty and interest, today, June 30, 2025, is your last day to apply for the GST Amnesty Scheme.

Converting Securities into Demat for Specified Companies

Private companies are required to convert their physical securities into dematerialised form. This makes handling and trading these securities easier and safer. If the company does not comply with the dematerialisation rule, then it can face serious restrictions on issuing new securities.

The last date for private companies to convert these securities into demat is today, June 30, 2025.
