DPT-3 return is the return of deposits that companies must file to submit information about deposits and outstanding receipts of loans or money (other than deposits). It helps the government keep track of such funds.
If your company has not filed this return yet, then do it by today, as June 30th is the last day to file the DPT-3 return.
If you are a professional, like a Chartered Accountant, you need to complete a certain number of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours every year. The deadline for compliance is today, i.e., June 30, 2025.
The GST Amnesty Scheme gives relief to taxpayers who have missed filing GSTR-3B for the previous tax periods. Therefore, if you have any pending GST payments and you want to pay them without any penalty and interest, today, June 30, 2025, is your last day to apply for the GST Amnesty Scheme.

The last date for private companies to convert these securities into demat is today, June 30, 2025.
