The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs(CBIC) has notified that GST Portal now enabled Communication Tool to track Unreported Invoices.

CBIC via a tweet on their Twitter handle has notified this. The tweet stated as, “Tracking unreported invoices is now easy with the help of Communication Tool available on the Dashboard on the GST Portal. @Infosys_GSTN”

Communication Utility for Taxpayers

Track your unreported Invoices with the help of Communication Tool available on your Dashboard.

What facility has provided?

  • Taxpayers can communicate with supplier.
  • Upload details of missing Invoices.
  • Details get reflected in Supplier’s Inbox for taking necessary action.

Where it is available?

Available at GST Portal(Post Login). After login to their GST portal, taxpayer can avail this facility.

Steps are : Services > User Services > Communication Between Taxpayers
