Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022: Bank of Baroda has sought Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Appointment on to the Post of Business Correspondent Supervisors (BCSs) on a Contractual Basis in Multiple Districts; viz., Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Sivagangai, Pudukottai and Ramanathapuram in the Madurai Region.

Among the Candidates, those who meet Requisite Eligibility in respect of Business Correspondent Posts in various Districts of Madurai Region and intend to submit their respective Candidacy/ies for the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022 may apply in the Offline Mode.

As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022 Advertisement, there are 08 Vacancies for Recruitment to the Post District Business Correspondent Supervisors (Contractual).

Eligibility Criteria for Retired Bank Employees:

Age Limit: The Maximum Age for continuation of Business Correspondent Supervisors will remain 65 Years.

Educational Qualification with Post-Qualification Experience:

Retired Officers (including Voluntarily Retired) of any Public Sector Undertaking Bank up to the Chief Manager Rank may be appointed for the purpose.

Retired Clerks and Equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of the Bankers (JAIIB)(Associate Test) carried out by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) with good track record.

All Retired Bank Employees Applicants should have Minimum 03 Years’ Rural Banking Experience.

For Young Candidates

The Minimum Qualification(s) for the Candidates should be Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) with Computer knowledge (MS Office, E-mail, Internet, etc.).  However, the Educational Qualification, viz., Master of Science (Information Technology)/ Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology)/Master of Computer Applications (MCA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) shall be given Preference.

Age Limit: The Applicant should be Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 45 Years at the time of Appointment.

The Maximum Age for continuing as Business Correspondent Supervisor remains 65 Years.

Monthly Remuneration:

The Business Correspondent Supervisors under “Category A” shall be paid a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration (Fixed Component) Rs. 15000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Per Month) (Variable Component) Rs.10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

The Business Correspondent Supervisors under “Category B” shall be given a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration (Fixed Component) Rs. 12000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand Per Month) (Variable Component) Rs.10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

Selection Process for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022

Selection on to the Contractual Business Correspondent Supervisor Posts would be carried through by way of a Personal Interview/Interaction and Records Verification (RV).  The Candidates shall be issued Appointment with the 12 (Twelve) Months Engagement Period.

The Business Correspondent Supervisors would be appointed under Category A and Category B with Fixed Component and the Variable Component.

“Category A” Business Correspondent Supervisors will be allocated Minimum 30 Business Correspondent Agents (BCAs) which may be further raised as per Bank’s discretion.

“Category B” Business Correspondent Supervisors shall be allotted Minimum 20 Business Correspondent Agents which may be further raised at Bank’s discretion.
