As per the HMRDC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up By Deputation and through Direct Recruitment

Post Nomenclatures:

01) Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Additional General Manager/General Manager (Operations and Commercial)

02) Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Additional General Manager/General Manager (Operations and Commercial) 

Vacancy: 02 (01 Vacancy for each Post mentioned hereinabove)

Pay and Emoluments under HMRDC Recruitment 2023:

According to the HMRDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, Pay and Emoluments under Deputation Basis and Direct Recruitment Basis, accruing to the Selected Officers shall be as explained hereunder:

Deputation Basis: The Deputed Candidates will be entitled to Parent Department Pay, DA, HRA as per Parent Department Rules.

Direct Recruitment Basis: The Candidates appointed under Direct Recruitment Basis will be entitled to IDA Scale Pay, DA, HRA and other Allowances/Perks shall be provided as per the Company Policy.

Eligibility for HMRDC Recruitment 2023:

01) Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Additional General Manager/General Manager (Operations and Commercial):

I) The Applicants having Experience in the Railways in handling Operations/Commercial functions in the Division/Head Quarters with Knowledge of Freight Operations Information System (FOIS).

Desirable: Working Experience in the Corporate Environment would be an Added Advantage.

II) The Applicants should be in the Rank of Senior Grade (SG)/Junior Administrative Grade (JAG)/Senior Scale or Appropriate Grade Applicable from E4 to E7 Grades explained in detail in this HMRDC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Desirable: Should have worked in Operations/Commercial as AOM/ACM/Sr.DOM\DOM/DCM in the Division/Headquarters of Railways.

III) The Officers will be placed at E4 to E7 Grades in HMRDC as per the Level/Scale in the Indian Railway as detailed below:

02) Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Additional General Manager/General Manager (Operations and Commercial):

1) The Applicants having Experience in the Railways in handling Engineering/Projects. Finance and Accounts in the Division or Head Quarters.

Desirable: Working Experience in the Corporate Environment would be an Added Advantage.

2) The Applicants should be in the Rank of Senior Grade (SG)/Junior Administrative Grade (JAG)/Senior Scale or Appropriate Grade Applicable from E4 to E7 Grades explained in detail in this HMRDC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Desirable: Should have worked in Engineering as Senior DEN/Deputy CE.DEN/XEN.AXEN/AEN or in Finance as Deputy FA&CAO/Sr. DFM/Senior AFA/DFM, AFA/ADFM, etc.

3) The Officers will be placed at E4 to E7 Grades in HMRDC as per the Level/Scale in the Indian Railway explained in details.

Selection Criteria under HMRDC Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for the Posts notified in the HMRDC Recruitment 2023 shall involve Screening of the Applications and subsequent Viva-voce/Personal Interview.

The Railway Recruitment Board shall carry out Screening for Eligibility aimed at shortlisting the Candidates likely to be called in for Via-voce/Personal Interview/Interaction for Selection by Deputation/Direct Recruitment.

ii) Discipline and Appeal Rules (DAR) Clearance;

iii) Previous 05-Years’ Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs)
